Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an MGS Mail account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Each account receives a unique email address in the format username@mail.mgshosting.com. Usernames are first-come, first-served and cannot be transferred.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing messages.
  • Use the service for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Impersonate other users or entities.
  • Upload malware or malicious attachments.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Subscription Plans

All plans are priced per user:

  • Free: 5 GB storage, no custom domains. $0/user forever.
  • Entry: 5 GB storage, 1 custom domain. $1.99/user/month or $19/user/year.
  • Professional: 25 GB storage, 3 custom domains, priority support, E2E encryption. $4.99/user/month.
  • Business: Shared storage pool, admin panel, unlimited custom domains. $3.00/user/month (minimum 3 users).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed renewals trigger a 7-day grace period before downgrade to Free. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Storage & Limits

Email attachments are limited to 25 MB per message. Inbound emails exceeding 50 MB are rejected. When storage is full, you cannot send new emails until storage is freed or your plan is upgraded.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encrypt all stored emails at rest (AES-256) and enforce TLS for all connections.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period. Logging in during this period cancels the deletion. After 30 days, all data is permanently removed.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

MGS Mail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via your recovery email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MGS Hosting operates.
